• Creating and managing your Nova Miner account
• Processing your mining rewards and maintaining your wallet balance
• Enabling in-app purchases and verifying transactions
• Sending push notifications about mining progress and promotions

• Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, and cloud storage
• Google Play Billing — Processing in-app purchases
• OneSignal — Push notification delivery
• Google AdMob — Displaying advertisements (if applicable)
• Google Analytics — Anonymous app usage analytics

Nova Miner offers optional in-app purchases (hardware upgrades, mining boosts, etc.) processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment card details — all financial transactions are handled by Google.

Purchase history is stored to verify your entitlements and restore purchases if needed. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Store.

We use OneSignal to send push notifications about your mining rewards, app updates, and promotional offers. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your device's system settings or within the app's notification preferences.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest via Firebase's secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 7 business days, except where retention is required by law.

You can request account deletion at any time via our Delete Account page.

Nova Miner is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@novaminer.app and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Request permanent deletion of your account and data
• Portability — Request your data in a portable format
